Rick Kocerha started with B.L. Anderson in 1992. With a degree in engineering from Purdue University and years of experience in project implementation and management, Rick is an expert in process, pumping, instrumentation, valves, gates, actuators, and systems operation for water treatment facilities.
Mark Gasvoda

Mark has been with B.L. Anderson for 35 years. He joined the company after earning his civil engineering degree from Purdue University in 1977. Mark is a registered Indiana professional engineer with expertise in both technical process and management of B.L. Anderson's business operations. With his years of experience and technical ability, Mark is an expert in assisting clients with the selection and application of treatment equipment and control systems for water and waste treatment plants.
Gary Prehm
Vice President Process Sales
Gary started with B.L. Anderson in 1989. With a degree in marketing from Eastern Illinois University and previous experience as a sales engineer, he adds great value to the B.L. Anderson team.
Gary's expertise is in water and wastewater process equipment. He was the 2001 President of the Indiana Water Environment Association, and a past WEF delegate. He has received the Tumble Bug Award and the Bedell Award as indicators of his excellent service to each of these associations.
Brad Gasvoda
Vice President
Brad Gasvoda began working with B.L. Anderson in May of 2009. He came to B.L. Anderson with a civil engineering degree from Trine University (Tri-State University) and experience in municipal construction coupled with years of family tradition in the fluid processing industry. He has expertise in ABB variable frequency drives, and SIEMENS flow and level instruments and holds memberships in WEF, AWWA, and Young Professionals.

Todd specializes in the application of valves, gates, and actuators for the water and wastewater industries.
Joined the staff of B. L. Anderson Company in the Spring of 1992.
Graduated from William Henry Harrison High School in West Lafayette, Indiana in 1973.
Received his degree from Purdue University’s School of Technology.
Todd enjoys attending local sporting events of all types and is an avid fan of Butler University Baseball and the Chicago Cubs.
Todd has been married to his wife Jacqueline for 40 years . They have four children, Danya, Brant, Shay and Griffin, and have been blessed with four grandchildren. He also enjoys spending his time with his best friend, Chip, a lively Silky Terrier.

Dave Gasvoda began working with B.L. Anderson in 2004 after completing his business marketing degree at Franklin College. He specializes in chemical feeds, instrumentation, project management, marketing, and receivables. He is a member of the WEF, AWWA, and Young Professionals. His experience, including years of family history in the environmental representative industry, makes him a valued part of the B.L. Anderson team.

Elizabeth began working at B.L Anderson may of 2016. She began as the Parts and Products Coordinator. As of January, 2019, she has also taken on the responsibilities of Service Coordinator.

Jim Todd joined the B.L. Anderson team in 1986. As our tech support manager, he has expertise in start up, operations, and maintenance for any B.L. Anderson supplied equipment such as SCADA systems, chlorine/sulfur dioxide equipment, instrumentation products, integration support for all water and waste water products, and troubleshooting of legacy products.

Dave Halicki has been with B.L. Anderson for over 10 years, specializing in pneumatic control systems and pumps and piping systems. He has extensive prior experience in product design and manufacturing for pneumatic control and automation equipment.
