Cindy has been with B.L. Anderson for 28 years. Her extensive experience with us enables her to bring improved value to each of our customers.

Patricia Albert

Receptionist

Patricia Albert came to B.L. Anderson in 2007, bringing with her a wide variety of experience in organization and file management. Pat worked with various businesses, including the Elkhart County sheriff's department, before bringing her file and data management skills to B.L. Anderson. Pat is also responsible for preparing manuals and submittals. With her years of experience, combined with her studies in management at Vincennes University, Pat brings great value to the B.L. Anderson team.

Donna Marshall

Sales Coordinator

Donna came to B.L. Anderson in 2009 with extensive administrative, accounting, leadership, and managerial skills as well as a degree in international business management from Northeastern University. Currently, Donna coordinates sales and works with the parts department in accounts receivable and as an administrative assistant.
Service Coordinator

Janet Loft

Service Coordinator

Janet Loft has worked with B.L. Anderson for 10 years. She works with our service technicians and sales engineers ordering parts, coordinating factory repairs, invoicing, logging sales, and tracking shipments. Janet's experience as a customer service representative makes her uniquely qualified for her position and she uses her skills to make sure our customers get the parts and repairs they need when they need them.
